Far be it for me to tell you which browser to use, but unfortunately, nearly every browser version interprets web site data differently, as do different platforms. It takes a well-trained individual and lots of duplicate, browser/platform-specific versions of your site to be truly compliant for everyone. So, I had to make a decision on where to draw the line. I chose a minimum resolution of 1024x768 (to prevent scrolling), and to make the site compliant in only the following browsers/platforms.
